Administrative Support We have been managing FirstClass systems for 15 years, and can assist with a wide variety of troubleshooting and support situations. We provide all customers with an account on the Palantir FirstClass system, which contains all of the resources that we have amassed over that time period, including documentation, software, third party items, Batch Admin scripts, and online access to our support staff.

RAD Application Development For those that do not have the resources or the interest to create RAD applications to custom build FirstClass to suit your needs, we are able to provide RAD development services at reasonable cost. Training Palantir staff can provide on-site training for the Client, Administration, Batch Administration, and FirstClass Designer. We can also sign up your staff for training courses offered by OpenText, and we nearly always are able to provide a discount from the advertized costs given by OpenText.
